User-Friendly Design and Outstanding Optical Performance
The ALAN50 microscopes enable users to remain comfortable during routine microscopy. The microscope frame well fit the hands and the location of the control knobs maximize ergonomics to improve work efficiency. Users can quickly set a specimen with one hand, while adjusting the focus and operating the stage with the other hand with minimal movement. The microscopes also feature a camera port for digital imaging.
The microscope employs high quality super plan achromat objectives, which provide clear images with high image flatness over a wide field of view. This helps users view specimens clearly and evenly during routine microscope observations.
The color temperature of the ALAN50’s LED illumination produces daylight conditions, so specimens can be viewed with their natural colors. The color temperature is consistent at any brightness, so users don’t have to spend time making adjustments when they change brightness.

1. Excellent Optical Performance for Flat Images
The microscope employs high quality ECGO super plan achromat objectives, which provide clear images with high image flatness over a wide field of view. This helps users view specimens clearly and evenly during routine microscope observations.
2. Body structure
ALAN50 adopts high-quality aluminum alloy one-time molding technology, the all-metal streamlined body is sprayed with nano-silver ion antibacterial coating on the surface to effectively inhibit the reproduction and spread of microorganisms on contact. 90~230V wide voltage power adapter, the whole machine has USB control output, the panel supports ECO energy saving and brightness following (LIMS light intensity management system) functions, supports stepless brightness settings, supports dual lighting power supply, supports secondary touch switches, and supports computers identifying the objective lens position (*this function is only available use our certain camera models), the software automatically switches the ruler and automatically loads the preset parameters (*this function is only available use our certain camera models).
3. Lighting system
Built-in SUPERMLED daylight simulated sunlight LED lighting system, 10W output brightness is equivalent to 100W halogen lamp; constant color temperature 4500K, light source life is not less than 30,000 hours; warm white light illumination, the light outlet supports the installation of 45mm filters.
4. Focusing system
Both left and right hands have coarse and fine adjustments that are synchronously adjustable. The minimum step accuracy of power-assisted fine adjustment can reach 1μm, and the maximum stroke is 25mm. It has tension adjustment and anti-collision height limit device.
5. Stage and Slide Clip
Right(or left)-hand low-position double-layer mechanical stage, wear-resistant ceramic coating table, alloy steel wire transmission structure, no exposed rack, moving stroke 76 mm × 55 mm, preset steel wire feel tension, comfortable feel and accurate positioning , no jamming, no rebound, the hands can not leave the table when operating the low handwheel, and it is not easy to fatigue.
Slow-rebound left-hand slice clip, supports double slides, and can drive heavy samples such as cell counting cells and counting plates.
6. Condenser
Pre-centered Kohler condenser NA 0.1~1.1 with diaphragm indicator scale mark, supports bright field, polarized and other illumination methods
7. Observation Tube
30° hinged trinocular observation tube, 50/50 light split, eye point height adjustable, interpupillary distance adjustment range 46-78mm.
8. Eyepiece
30mm diameter ultra-wide field of view 10X/field number ≥ 22, adjustable diopter (-2~+8) for both eyes, jack with anti-rotation limit pin.
9. Nosepiece
The microscope body has an integrated inward-inclined five-hole coded objective turret, RMS international standard objective lens thread interface, and the software can code and identify the magnification when switching (supported when the digital camera is selected).
10. Objective Lens
standard come with super plan achromatic objective lens set 4X (N.A.≥0.10, 10X (N.A.≥0.25), 40X (N.A.≥0.60), 100X (N.A.≥1.25)
11. Anti-mildew Treatment
Optical imaging components such as observation tubes, eyepieces, objective lenses, etc. have been treated with anti-bacterial and anti-mildew treatments.

1. Fluorescent Attachment
Pull-out LED fluorescent illuminator, 30,000 hours maintenance-free. Excitation block compatible with all common dyes: DAPI, FITC, TRITC, TxRed…etc.
2. Turret Phase Contrast Kit
High-Contrast, High-Resolution Imaging, phase imaging enables close observation of the interior of a cell and live bacteria. Use the ICOE high contrast PH objectives for phase contrast observation from 10X to 100X. With the turret phase/dark-field condenser, users can view specimens in bright-field or dark-field. Simultaneous observation with reflected light fluorescence microscopy is also possible.
3. Simple polarizing Kit
Simple polarizing kit includes polarizer and analyzer which offers simple polarized observations
4. Camera Interface & Camera
ECGO infinity two-way chromatic aberration correction optical system, adjustable synchronization, standard C-type port
